Collectorpan

For Karsten Adviesbureau I delivered the 3D drawings to fabricate the Collectorpan, a new and innovative kind of solar-panel. The nice thing about this solar-panel is that it is shaped like the roof and this way it isn’t noticed as much as the main stream versions of solar-panels that ly on top of the roof tiles. It replaces 30 standard dutch roof tiles (5×6). I constructed the vacuum mold for the cover and the stamping dies necessary to fabricate the underlaying steel structure to fix the panel on the roof.
